A radical choice: grow, ferment, share

Nesler Cibo Vivo is an agricultural and artisanal project immersed in the Tuscia region in Central Italy. We work exclusively with local grains and legumes, grown by us or by neighboring farmers. Our fermented condiments are alive, unpasteurized, and produced through a slow, mindful, entirely manual process. No soy, no waste. Only real ingredients, fermented with our koji and patience.

A small farm in the heart of Tuscia. We are passionate about fermentation and food, and we strive to do our best, both in terms of agriculture and gastronomy. 

Our products speak for us; to get to know us, you have to taste them.

And then there are our activities, courses, and small events, meetings to get to know each other, improve our relationship with food, with ourselves, and with the world.
